This is part 2 of the Diaper Dependency trilogy. It aims to deepen the effects of part 1, but it can also be a standalone recording. This recording aims to:
- Plant new habits – unclenching bladder muscles several times a day
- Take away self conscious feelings about being diapered in public or around people
- Becoming less consciously aware of the desire to pee as your body starts to release more automatically
- Negative reinforcement if you try to wear underwear- feelings of discomfort
