This is the first part of a 3 part series that uses trance to guide you to new habits. By the end of the three recording you will be on your way to being incontinent and dependent on diapers.

  • Set new habits – when you feel the urge you’ll go immediately. Over time, it will be less and less conscious.

  • Get a sense of comfort from being incontinent
