Hypno-Mommy sells downloadable mp3 recordings, which are non-tangible goods. We do not issue refunds once the order is accomplished and the product download link is sent. Once the payment is accomplished mp3 recordings may not be cancelled or returned. As a customer you are responsible for understanding this upon purchasing any item from Hypno-Mommy. In the case that a download link does not work, you may contact Hypno-Mommy and have the file sent to you.
